Class Description:
The PantoRouter Woodworking Machine makes traditional woodworking joinery fast, accurate, safe and fun. Mortise and tenon, box joints, and dovetails are just the beginning! Even compound angles are easy to set up and cut.
We will be learning the basics of the Pantorouter while practicing on some simple joints and a small lap tray project that you can take home. We will work together to get a better understanding of how the Pantorouter works and how woodworkers can take full advanced of all its features.

- Machine setup
- Using templates and bearings
- Router bit usage
- Clamping and fence usage
- Mortise and tenon joinery
- Slot mortise
- Segmented mortise and tenon

Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 5pm
What to Bring:
- Pantorouter (Optional – Bring your own Pantorouter if you have one)
- Safety glasses
- Ear protection
- Dust Mask
- Pencil
- 6″ ruler
- Combination square
- Measuring Tape
- Small Chisel (1/4″, 3/8″ or 1/2″)
- Dial Calipers (Digital or Analog)
